How it works

1. Contact
Reach out via my contact page. We’ll have a chat, see if we’re a good fit, and I’ll recommend the best package for you. If you’re keen to go ahead, we’ll book in your shoot.

2. Planning
This is entirely custom and collaborative. I work with you to plan every last detail of your shoot, including location, timeline and look. This is all about you.

3. Shoot
When the day rolls around, it’s all about execution. I’ll offer expert guidance, help you with position, and importantly, make you feel completely at ease in front of the camera.

4. Images
When you work with me, you’re getting high-end, professional and elegant results. My usual turnaround time for proofs is 1 – 2 weeks, however if you have a deadline, let me know and I can work to it.

I’ve never done a photoshoot before and I don’t know where to start. Can you help guide me?
Absolutely! I know it’s daunting to get in front of the camera for the first time. If you have a brand guide, send this to me upon booking and I’ll plan the shoot around it. I can suggest the best location, outfit recommendations, as well as hair and styling based on your specific goals and brand. If you don’t have a brand guide, no worries. I can still help you determine the best elements for your photoshoot. I’ll work with you from start to finish to maximise your results and create images that elevate your business.
Are the shoots on location or in a studio?
Both! I shoot outdoors in natural lighting and in studios. I’ll choose a location that’s most suited to you and your brand. We can capture images in your actual workspace, either with natural lighting or I’ll simulate natural lighting with my lighting kit. I offer site visits to assess whether your space is ideal for the shoot. I can also book in a studio or alternative location, ranging from backdrops with flash lighting setups, to beautiful naturally lit indoor venues with couches, kitchens, bedrooms. Whatever you need, I can source. These types of spaces often have an additional fee and are an optional extra. You can check out some of the locations I’ve worked at in my commercial portfolio.
What are branding images used for?
Branding images can be used in so many places, including your website, social media, blogs, direct marketing, professional CVs, interviews, and more. After-all, clients connect with humans, and the more touch points you have for your personal branding images, the more connected your audience will be to you and your brand.
Do you choose my images or do I?
I supply unedited ‘proofs’ from the best selection of images. Then you can choose your images or we can collaborate on selecting the top images together. I’ll only start the editing process when you're 100% happy with your selection.
Can I pick extra images?
Yes of course! You can pick extra images for editing within 6 months of the photoshoot date and the pricing varies between $75 - $110 per file for individuals, depending on the additional quantity chosen, amount of editing involved, and the usage required.
What type of editing do you offer?
For commercial images, I offer high-end editing for every file. This means I’ll ensure that every part of the image is retouched as needed, including background, skin, and more. I don’t edit to the point of distortion, I only enhance what’s already there in a subtle way. I’ll photoshop blemishes, but I won’t get rid of your skin pores – it’ll still look like you in every way. I encourage you to let me know if you’d like something specific edited or not edited, like a tattoo or scar.
What type of usage is included?
These packages include a ‘standard commercial licence’ of 24 months, Australia-wide, organic online (social media, e-commerce, electronic direct marketing and website). If you require anything outside of this reach out and I will customise the package for you.
